Folgende Konstellation (Entwicklungsumgebung):

- Client mit WinXP, SP2 und VMWare

- Win2003 Server Standard in VMWare installiert

In dem VMWare-System läuft ein Programm, welches unterschiedlich große Dateien erzeugt.

Damit die VMWare nicht zu groß wird, sollen diese Dateien per Netzwerkfreigabe auf dem Client abgelegt werden.

Bis zu einer Größe von 4GB klappt dies auch wunderbar.

Sobald aber eine Datei über 4GB groß ist, bricht die Verbindung zur Netzwerkfreigabe ab.

Alle Platten/Partitionen sind mit NTFS formatiert.

Liegt der Fehler hier bei Windows oder ist so ein Verhalten nicht bekannt?
