Migration von NT 4.0 auf ADS mit Windows 2003 Serv

Moin,

Ich habe vor eine Migration von NT 4.0 auf Windows 2003 Server durchzuführen.

Bei unserer NT 4.0 domäne ist es momentan so, dass wenn sich jm. an der Domäne anmeldet, alles lokal in dem Ordner Dokumente und einstellungen "DomänenUser" gespeichert wird.

Nun meine Frage, wenn ich jetzt migriere. Wie ist denn das mit den Daten ? Kann ich so Migrieren, das die User bestehen bleiben und die Daten ebenfalls, oder wird man bei der neuen anmeldung in der ADS Domäne da Probleme bekommen ?
