Dateien auf Festplatte fehlen

Ich habe eine externe Festplatte auf welcher circa 10 Gigabyte Videos vorhanden waren.

Jetz sind die Dateien nicht mehr da, aber die Festplatte hatte zuvor noch 8 gigabyte frei und jetz nach dem die 10 Gig Videos fehlen, sind immer noch 8 Gigabyte frei.

Kann es also sein, dass ich mit einem Programm meine Daten wiederherstellen kann. Also man kann ja Daten auch mehrmals löschen, damit sie nicht mehr "zurückgeholt" werden können.

Weiß jemand ein Programm zum "Reanimieren" meiner Daten? Am besten wäre natürlich Freeware...
