Hallo

Ich habe bei mir ein Textfeld das per Javascript so bearbeitet wird das jedes zeichen ab einer länge von 1000 ausgeschnitten werden soll also das nur 1000 zeichen im textfeld sein sollen.

Ich habe aber das Problem das immer wenn er den text kürzt der zeiger (wo man schreibt) auf den anfang der textboxt springt.

Wie stelle ich das an das ich den Zeiger auf das letze Zeichen setze?

Ich glaub das ging über eine Textauswahl, nur dass du eben nur das Ende setzt:

range.setEnd - MDC
