Kann ich aus einer Methode rausspringen wenn ein bestimmter Case in deren Switch-Schleife auftritt?

Z.B.

void doIt(int zahl){

switch(zahl){
[INDENT]case 0:[INDENT]doZero();

break;[/INDENT]
case 1:
[INDENT][B]VERLASS DIE METHODE?[/B][/INDENT]
case 2:
[INDENT]doTwo();

break;[/INDENT]
}

[/INDENT]doDifferent();

}

Und zwar wünschte ich mir, dass wenn case 1 auftritt, die Ausführung der gesamten Methode doIt abgebrochen wird, sodass doDifferent() nicht mehr ausgeführt wird. Geht sowas? Wie?
