Hallo zusammen,

ich habe ein Problem bei einem Kunden. Es hat seine Kontaktdaten aus Outlook 2001 als PST gesichert. Jetzt will er dass man es in Outlook 2003 wieder einbindet. Jedoch geht es über Import/export sowie über Datendatei nicht.

Hat damit jemand Erfahrung?

Hat das was mit den Formaten ANSI und UNICODE zu tun?

Danke für eure Hilfe.

also ich kenne OL 2000 und OL 2002.

aber 2001 - ist dein OL auf dem mac?

wenn du die PST im alten format ("Persönliche Ordner (.pst) für Outlook 97-2002") importierst, sollte das trotz unicode-inhalten funktionieren:

Das habe ich schon versucht. das funktioniert aber nicht.
