mittels batch an eine bestimmte stelle in einer txt datei eine leerzeichen einfügen

hallo zusammen

ich habe eine .txt datei die so aussieht:

10.10.200810.10;11;12;13;14;15

nun möchte ich an die 10. stelle ein leerzeichen einfügen

so das es hintrerher so aussieht:

10.10.2008 10.10;11;12;13;14;15

jemand eine idee wie das geht?

an dieser stelle immer meine häufige frage: muss es zwingend batch (.BAT) sein oder darfst auch scripting host (.VBS) sein? ;)
