ich habe eine folgendes Problem:

nach dem Anschliessen von SCSI-Festplatte, SCSI-CD-Roms findet er die beiden Sachen wieder, nur spuckt er mir diese Meldung aus:

"auf Datenträger fehlt eine Kernel-Datei

Systemdiskette einlegen und System neu starten".

Was ist das Problem, kann mir jemand helfen?

Hast Du es gerade frisch zusammengestellt? Gibt es IDE-Geräte? Wenn ja, welche?

Hast Du die Boot-Sequenz im Bios auf SCSI umgestellt?

Ist die Platte schon formatiert (bei neuer HD)?

Ist ein Betriebssystem installiert (welches?)?
