Hallo zusammen,

ich möchte meinen Usern gerne die Remoteunterstützung vereinfachen.

Der reguläre Weg, wäre über das XP interne Help&Support Center. Da das aber zu umständlich ist, würde ich gern eine Art Desktopverknüpfung mit direkter Verlinkung auf den Remote Assistence haben.

Den Link um eine Unterstützung anzubieten weiß ich (hcp://CN=Microsoft%20Corporation,L=Redmond,S=Washington,C=US/Remote%20Assistance/Escalation/Unsolicited/Unsolicitedrcui.htm)

Wie ist aber der Link, um eine Remoteunterstützung anzufordern?

Wäre dankbar, wenn mir jemand weiterhelfen könnte.
