Hallo kann mir jemand bei IT-Service Verträgen weiterhelfen. Was bestandteile sind und auf welcher Basis die aufgebaut werden. (bsp. für kleinere Unternehmen mit kleineren Netzen und standard Büroanwendungen und Kommunikationstechnik).

Und evtl. wie mann das kalkuliert.
