MS Word 2003 - Dokumente mal defekt / mal nicht

Hallo,

ich habe ein Problem ;) . Es handelt sich dabei um Dokumente, die als Serienbrief fungieren. Es arbeiten mehrere Leute damit, alle haben das "gleiche" Office Paket, also selbe Version / selber Umfang. Das Office 2003wird über Gruppenrichtlinien verteilt.

Ich kann die Dokumente, wie auch die Erstellerin, problemlos öffnen. Andere Kollegen können die Dokumente öffnen aber das Layout ist anders.

Unterschiede sind:

- Schriftart

- Zeilenabstand

- Schriftgröße

Das Dokument wurde von der Erstellerung mit einem Formularschutz versehen, d.h. es können nur bestimmte Felder für Eingaben verändert werden.

Hat jemand von Euch eine Ahnung, wo ich einen Lösungsansatz finden könnte oder hatte jemand sogar das selbe Problem? Ich bin mittlerweile echt ratlos...
