Guten Morgen Kollegen,

ich habe einen Kunden, bei dem die Umlaute in den E-Mails nicht richtig angezeigt werden (Ä,Ö,Ü etc.) diese werden mit einem "?" ersetzt. Anbei ist zu erwähnen, dass alle Clients im Netzwerk (c.a. 30stck) dieses Problem haben. Als Zeichencodierung in Outlook 2003 ist der Westeuropäische Standard ISO eingestellt (Standard).

Handelt es sich hierbei um ein generelles Exchange Problem und wenn ja, wo kann ich es konfigurieren??
