Netzwerkkarte wird sporadisch nicht mehr erkannt

Servus,

ich habe an einem Client das Problem, dass ab und zu die Netzwerkkarte nicht mehr im Gerätemanager auftaucht und ich keine Verbindung mehr zum Netzwerk herstellen kann. (Es handelt sich hierbei um eine OnBoard- Netzwerkkarte).

Baue ich anschließend ne PCI- Netzwerkkarte ein (Hersteller egal), funktioniert die onboard-Grafikkarte sofort wieder und taucht auch wieder im geräte- manager auf. Das funzt für ein paar Wochen und die Karte ist wieder aus dem Geräte-Manager verschwunden....!!

Was meint ihr dazu? Ich benötige nen Lösungsansatz. Vllt. wäre es sinnvoll, das Betriebssystem neu aufzusetzen?!
