hi blackswordowner,

hab gerade deine anfrage bezüglich referat gelesen.

habe da noch ne ausarbeitung zum ram aus der berufsschule. ist zum teil aus der ct her abgeleitet :

betrifft bauarten, speicheraufbau und funktionsweise etc.

vielleicht hilft dir das ?

müßte ich nur noch mal ein wenig elektronisch zusammenstellen. mail mal zurück, ob du das gebrauchen kannst und bis wann du es brauchst !
