Programm, um Hardwareinformationen unter DOS auszulesen und Logfile zu erstellen

Mahlzeit alle miteinander.

Ich habe hier ca. 30 alte Rechner (P II), von denen ich die Hardwareausstattung brauche (auslesen lassen, in eine Datei speichern, in z.B: Excel dann zusammenführen).

CD Boot mit z.B. BartPE stürzt ab, da bei vielen nur 32 MB RAM vorhanden sind. Also bleibt mir nur der Weg über DOS-Diskette und DOS-Programm.

Ein Programm, das dies ausliest, wäre HWInfo, nur leider erstellt es eine log Datei nur in der Vollversion.

Kann mir jemand einen Tipp geben, ob es so ein (Freeware-) Programm gibt, dass man unter DOS von der Diskette starten kann?
