für ein Reverrat brauche ich jede Art von Infos wie das mit den Internetprovidern funktioniert. Wie die das technisch realisieren, Vor- und Nachteile, ...

Wenn ihr Material dazu habt wäre ich euch sehr dankbar, wenn ihr es mir zur Verfügung stellen könntet.
