Hallo zusammen,

ich bin gerade dabei, eines meiner Projekte zu erweitern und stoße dabei leider auf ein mir bisher unbekanntes Problem.

Folgendes:

an einem gewissen Punkt starte ich in meiner Methode einen Thread, welcher einen ServerSocket bereitstellt, um auf Daten im Netzwerk zu warten. Sobald diese Daten ankommen, soll der Thread eine Methode der aufrufenden GUI ausführen, was dank eines Interfaces auch funktioniert. Allerdings soll in der Methode der GUI ein Timer aufgerufen werden - und genau da hängt es. Alle Anweisung vor und nach dem Timeraufruf werden ausgeführt, die Timer-Methode jedoch nicht.

Weiß jemand, woran das liegen kann?
