DateTime-Control Uhrzeit Problem! C# .Framework 3.5

Hallo,

Folgende Situation:

Habe auf einem Windowsforms einen DateTimePicker liegen der per Bindingsource an einem DateTime Feld hängt. Der DTP ist so konfiguriert, dass er nur die Uhrzeit anzeigt sprich "12:14:09". Soweit funktioniert es auch also der Wert aus dem Feld wird richtig dargestellt.

Nun zu meinem Problem:

Wenn ich die Form verlasse(nicht Zerstöre) und nachher wieder aufrufe(form.ShowDialog) zeigt der DTP die aktuelle Uhrzeit an anstatt mein Value! :eek

Die Eigenschaft Value entspricht aber trotzdem "12:14:09", jedoch nicht die Text Eigenschaft!
