Hallo zusammen,

ich habe folgendes Problem:

Word schließt nach Beendigung nicht - sondern muss per Task-Manager geschlossen werden...Dadurchw ird die Normal.dot jedesmal immer neu überschrieben.

Wo kann hier das Problem liegen? Vielleicht hatte jemand schon das gleiche Problem und kann mir Lösungsansätze geben?

Windows XP SP3

Office 2003 SP2

Harwareressourcen mehr als ausreichend (auf anderen baugleichen Rechner geht Word ohne Probleme zu schließen)

Ggf Office neu installieren, wird aber wahrscheinlich nichts helfen.

Mein Vorschlag: von einem funktionierenden Client die Einstellungen sichern (Start -> Programme -> Programmverzeichnis von Office -> MS Office Tools -> Tool zum sichern eigener Einstellungen) und auf dem fehlerhaften System wieder einspielen und wenn du Glück hast, läufts wieder. Eventuell Neustart durchführen...
