mal eine frage an die ganz schlauen.

ich kann ja eine pipe so erstellen, das nicht gewartet wird, bis die daten geschrieben bzw gelesen wurden. soweit noch richtig ??? in einem solchen fall kann es dann doch auch vorkommen, das ich daten aus der pipe lesen will, wenn keine daten vorhanden sind. was passiert in einem solchen fall ???
