Hallo,

Ich habe morgen einen Test, bei 2 Fragen blieb ich hängen.

1) Wie viele KByte enthält ein Speicher mit 16 Adressleitungen und 1Byte/Adresse?

2) Wie viele Speicher-ICs mit der Organisation 8K x 16 brauch man für 1MByte?

Es würde mich sehr freuen wenn jemand mit erklären könnte, wie man diese Berechnungen macht.

P.S: Falls ich im falschen Unterforum gepostet habe, bitte ich um Entschuldigung.

1) 16Bit = 65536 Moeglichkeiten. 65536 Byte / 1024 = 64Kbyte

2) 8Kbyte * 16 = 128Kbyte

128Kbyte * 8 Stueck = 1Mbyte

3) War das wirklich schwer?
