Hi,

ich habe ein Asus A8NE-FM, mit AMD 64 3200+, 1GB Ram, 160GB HDD.

Nach dem Bios-Update (das Board sponn mit dem Ram, den musste man mal 'mittig' ,

mal äusserst [einen links, mitte frei, einen rechts] stecken, damit es sich 'bequemte' zu booten) ;

also nach dem Bios Update lässt sich nun kein Recover mehr durchführen.

Dies wird wegen fehlerhafter Prüfsumme des Bios abgebrochen.

Soweit mir bekannt ist, prüft das Recover Programm die Bios-Prüfsumme, um sicherzu-

stellen, das es auf der 'richtigen' Hardware ausgeführt wird (ich weis allerdings nicht,

ob dies wegen der Microsoft Licens, oder wegen Hardwareschäden oder sonst was).

Meine Frage: Wie komme ich sonst an das Image? ; dies liegt auf der II Partition ;

soll 'angeblich' Norten-Ghost oder so sein;

Und Oder: kann ich (wenn ich bekomme) eine Install-CD benutzen; WinXP-Media..

hmmm: "was tun?" sprach Gates, oder wie der Vogel hiess

Achso: weil das Bios einwandfrei arbeitet, habe ich (dummerweise) das alte auf . . . ;
