Hallo zusammen,

habe mir vor 2 Tagen PGP 10.0 als Trialversion geladen um PGP Messaging unter Lotus Notes zu testen. Dummerweise haben die mit einen Lizenzkey für eine Enterprise-Version geschickt, die das PGP Messaging nicht unterstützt.

Auch nach Deinstallation und Systemwiederherstellung sowie kompletter Neuinstallation von PGP 10 lässt sich ein Lizenzkey für die Desktop-Testversion (die PGP Messaging unterstützt), nicht eingeben. (Fehlermeldung: auf dem PC war schon eine Trialversion installiert, weitere Trials nicht möglich)

Der PGP-Support empfiehlt, das Prog. auf einem anderen PC zu installieren (dort hab ich aber kein Lotus Notes, sondern Outlook), also nicht das was ich möchte.

Hat jemand im Forum eine Kenntnis, wie man den PC sozusagen vergessen lassen kann, dass da PGP 10.0 schon mal drauf war, damit der den neuen Lizenzkey akzeptiert?
