FTP Userkonto sperrt sich ständig unter W2k3

Hallo,

ich habe unter W2k3 Server FTP eingerichtet mit windows boardmitteln. Als Benutzer habe ich den IUSR_Servername eingetragen mit dem dazugehörigen Kennwort.

Der Zugriff von extern funktioniert auch soweit. Jedoch ist nach dem 1. Transfer von Dateien folgend das lokale Benutzerkonto auf dem W2k3 IUSR_Servername gesperrt, sodass ich es händisch wieder entsperren muss (Computerverwaltung -> lokale Benutzer -> haken entnehmen bei "Konto gesperrt"

Da der File Transfer von äußerster Priorität hat, benötige ich schnell Hilfe. Kann man per Skript automatisiert das Konto entsperren???
