Ich habe eine Frage bezüglich der Kündigungsfrist:

Folgendes ist vorgegeben:

-15.11.09 Kündigung

-21 Jahre gearbeitet, d.h. 7Monate zum Ende eines Kalendermonats

ich komme da auf den 30.06.09 und nicht wie die ihk auf 31.05.09

-10 Jahre gearbeitet, d.h. 4 Monate zum Ende eines Kalendermonats

da stimmt die lösung 31.03.09 ...wenn man 3 monate dazuaddiert kommt man auf den 30.06.09...

/EDIT

achso ja wird ja ab dem 25.lebensjahr gezählt, dann stimmt die sache :)
