Hallo,

ich studiere Wirtschaftsinformatik im 2. Semester, natürlich behandeln wir auch das ER Model. Mich würde interessieren, was ist im realen Arbeitsleben wirklich wichtig? Ich kenne bisher das "conceptual data model" und das "physical data model", wie werden diese Modelle "wirklich" angewandt? Wir arbeiten z.B. mit dem Sybase Powerdesigner, daraus wird dann SQL Code erstellt.

Wie realitätsnah ist das?

Ich würde gerne mal etwas aus dem Nähkästchen hören? Was macht man damit wirklich und wie?
