die im Betreff stehende Fehlermeldung kriege ich bei meinem CGI-Skript.

Die Rechte stimmen.

Der Pfad zu Perl stimmt.

Gute Frage,... kann viele Gründe haben. Ruf Dein Script mal mit perl -wc skriptname.pl auf und schau dir dort die Fehlermeldungen und Warnungen an die Perl ausgibt. Zur Not kannst du ja auch mal hier das Script posten, wenn es nicht alzu gross ist.
