Was versteht man genau unter

Group Policy --> User Configuration --> Preferences --> Windows Settings --> Applications ???

Wie wendet man dies an?

In der Hilfe steht, dass man ein Preference Plug-IN installieren muss, aber woher bekommt man das bzw. wie funktioniert das?
