Hallo

Mein Arbeitsverhältnis endet vsl. betriebsbedingt zum 31.12., ich darf aber bezahlt daheim bleiben (Freistellung) und vsl. fällt mein bisheriges Nebenverdienstverbot in den Aufhebungsvertrag dann flach (bekomme ich schriftlich). d.h. ich könnte zwei Monate woanders arbeiten.

Anschlussjob habe ich keinen.

Hat das schon mal jemand gemacht?
