Ich hab in VB ein Programm mit einer automatischen Updatefunktion geschrieben.

Die Updatefunktion ist in einer extra DLL untergebracht, damit ich die in jedem beliebigen Programm einsetzen kann.

Die funktioniert richtig gut, solange ich im lokalen Netzwerk bleibe (z.B. "\\UpdateServer\test.exe").

Jetzt würd ich das Teil gerne übers Internet einsetzen.

(z.B. "http://www.irgendwas.de/test.exe").

Wie kann ich denn da an die Datei kommen?

Gibts irgendwas, womit ich an HTTP dran komm?
