Formulartextfelder auf jeder Seite wiederholen

Hallo Kollegen,

ich soll eine Word-Vorlage erstellen wo man digital mit Formulartextfeldern Etwas eintragen kann.

Jede Seite ist gleich aufgebaut, also hab ich alles in die Kopfzeile geschrieben und wenn jetzt eine neue Seite beginnt, taucht dann das Selbe nochmal auf...

Das Problem an der Sache ist, dass ich Formulartextfelder auch so dynamisch generieren soll. Heißt, dass jedes Formulartextfeld an der exakt selben Position steht wie auf der ersten Seite, aber in Kopfzeilen kann man keine Formulartextfelder einfügen.

Habt ihr Ideen wie es funktionieren könnte?
