Hallo

hat hier jemand Erfahrung mit Dell Laptops und kann mir sagen wie ich das Betriebssystem was als Recover auf der D Partition liegt nutzen kann.

Ich möchte keine DVD erstellen oder so, eigentlich nur C Partion löschen und dann von D neu installieren. Muss ich im Bios D als Boot angeben oder muss man das über Tastendruck zur Installation aktivieren?

Ist ein Laptop von einer Bekannten, Vista auf C hat viele Fehler und soll nun neuinstalliert werden. Ich habe nur auf D das Recover gefunden.

Wenn keine Recovery DVD mitgeliefert wurde, hätte man sich beim einschalten des Notebooks eine brennen müssen. Steht in der Regel auch in dem Heftchen "Erste Schritte". Ansonsten muss man sich vermutlich ein neues OEM Betriebssystem kaufen.
