Das Samsung Galaxy S2 ist ab Mai 2011 für etwa 650 bis 700 Euro ohne Vertrag in Deutschland zu haben.

Die anderen Fragen wird dir vermutlich momentan (fast) keiner beantworten können, an deiner Stelle würde ich ein paar Tests abwarten.
