Probleme bei Sicherung mit Genie Backup

Hallo zusammen,

Ich habe ein Problem mit der Sicherungssoftware "Genie Backup".

Ich habe 2 Sicherungen erstellt.

1.

täglich 12:00Uhr auf lokales Laufwerk Ordner "Daten" <- "FULL"

+ alle 8h differenzielles Backup.

2.

täglich 01:00Uhr auf externe Festplatte Ordner "Daten" und "Tobit" + Registy, System State, Windows Settings <- FULL

Zum Problem:

Die Jobs starten nicht.

Wenn ich Beispielsweise beim 1. Backup die Sicherung auf 11:00Uhr lege (keine sonstigen Änderungen) funktioniert es.

Betriebssystem: Windows Server 2008 R2

Wäre Klasse, wenn jemand eine Idee hätte, wie ich weiter Vorgehen kann, oder selbst das Problem hatte und mir eine Lösung sagen könnte :)
