Hallo,

wie geht man da eigentlich sinnvollerweise vor:

Zum Schreiben des Projektantrags ist bereits einiges an Vorarbeit geleistet... Ist-Analyse, grobe Beschreibung des Projektziels etc.

Nehme ich jetzt die Vorarbeit im Rahmen des Antrags mit in die Zeiterfassung auf und gehört sie dort hinein oder nicht? Beginnen darf das Projekt ja erst nach Genehmigung, trotzdem ist diese Arbeit - offensichtlich - im Vorfeld erfolgt.

Das ist nicht Bestandteil eines Projektantrags - genau so wenig wie ein Angebot bzw. die damit verbundenenAufwände Bestandteil des Angebots selbst sind!

:confused: Hä? Warum hatte dann jeder Projektantrag hier im Board eine Ist-Analyse? Wir reden schon von IHK-Abschlussprojekten?

Diese Ist-Analyse hat aber nichts mit Deinem Antrag zu tun, sondern wird im Rahmen Deines Projektes durchgeführt!
