Hallo,

ich habe mir ein Programm geschrieben, welches ein 2stelliges Salt erzeugt und diese mit den Passwort crypted.

Das Feld, wo normalerweise das Passwort hinein gehört, hat in normalen Fall ein 12stelliges Salt.

Wenn ich das 2stellige, gecryptete Salt mit Passwort dort Eingebe sieht es so aus, funktioniert das Passwort auch.

Jetzt zu meiner Frage:

Kann es zu Fehlern kommen, wenn ich nur das 2stellige Salt benutze, oder ist die Länge des Salts egal?
