Outlook Adressliste "Anzeigename" lässt sich nicht aktualisieren

Hallo,

wenn ich in Outlook -> Kontakte -> globale Adressliste öffne, wird mir bei einem Benutzer der falsche Anzeigename angezeigt.

Ich habe Ihn im Active Directory sowie in der Exchange 2007 Verwaltungskonsole unter -> Postfächer aktualisiert.

Trotzdem wird der "Anzeigename" in der globalen Adressliste nicht aktualisiert.

Womit kann das Problem zusammenhängen und was wäre hier ein entsprechender Lösungsansatz?

Hallo,

bitte aktualisiere dein OAB. Exchange Management Console -> Organisationskonfiguration -> Postfach -> Offlineadressbuch -> Rechtsklick "aktualisieren"

Dann sollte er korrekt angezeigt werden.
