Hallo,

bei mir ist meine IHK-Prüfung ein paar Jahre her, und jetzt darf ich unterstützen ein paar Fachinformatiker-Prüflinge vorzubereiten.

Bei uns gab es damals eine Darstellung in Form einer Pyramide, die verschiedene Ebenen wie man an Softwareprojekte herangeht beinhaltete.

Ganz oben gab es glaube ich Methoden, unten gab es Werkzeuge. Bei uns wurden dann damals Fragen gestellt in der Form "Wie sind Sie denn methodisch vorgegangen"

Weiß jemand wie das Ding heißt und wo ich mehr darüber nachlesen kann?
