Porblem mit Outlook 2003 auf Terminalserver 2008 R2

Hallo,

ich bräuchte mal Hilfe, evtl. kann mir einer Helfen.

Hier folgende Situation:

  • Terminalserver 2008 R2
  • Outlook 2003 SP3 mit Kerio Offline Connector
  • Mailserver: Kerio Connect (aktuellste Version)

Beim öffnen einiger E-Mails kommt bei 1/80 Usern folgende Fehlermeldung:

"Dieses Element kann nicht geöffnet werden. Der Textformatierungsbefehl steht nicht zur Verfügung. Möglicherweise ist er nicht korrekt installiert."

Folgende Dinge habe ich bereits durchgeführt - Ergebnis:

  • Outlook im Safe Mode gestartet -> Funktioniert
  • Sämtliche AddIns deaktiviert -> Funktioniert nicht
  • Regedit: AddIns deaktiviert -> Funktioniert nicht
  • Outlook Profil neu angelegt -> Funktioniert nicht

Habt ihr noch eine Idee was ich noch machen kann?
