RealPlayer-Streams teilweise ohne Bild

Hallo

Wir möchten durch zwei Firewalls hindurch auf RealPlayer-Streams zugreifen.

Das funktioniert bestenfalls hakelig, teilweise kein Ton, teilweise weder Bild noch Ton.

Es handelt sich um "Webcams" die im BelWue (Baden-Württembergs extended LAN = ist das Netz der wissenschaftlichen Einrichtungen in Baden-Württemberg. )

Als Client wurde sowohl Realplayer (akt.Version 15) also auch VLC 2.1 verwendet.

Bandbreite innerhalb von BelWue sollte nicht das Problem sein, und die Testclients sind alle CoreDuo aufwärts mit 2 bis 4 GB RAM.

"Daheim" (DSL6000, nach Feierabend) gehts "natürlich" aber das sagt natürlich nicht viel aus.

Habt ihr da Tips?
