Mein Canon Multif. drucker scannt und druckt nicht mehr sobald eine Farbe leer ist!

Hallo!

Ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Multifunktions-Drucker (Tintenstrahldrucker und Scanner).

Mein Drucker, ein Canon MP 250, funktioniert nicht wenn eine Tintenpatrone leer ist.

Wenn bspw. die Mangenta Farbpatrone leer ist, dann kann ich auch nicht schwarz/weiß drucken und kann auch nicht scannen. Doch normalerweise müsste ich doch schwarz/weiß drucken können? Oder?

Und der Scanner sollte doch auch funktionieren?

Könntet Ihr mir bitte weiterhelfen?

Bei dem Verkaufskonzept wundert dich das? Das Teil ist fuer unter 50€ zu haben. Wie wird das finanziert? Durch teuere Tintenpatronen. Aktuell drucken selbst viele hochwertige Drucker nicht mehr, wenn eine Kartusche leer ist. (HP Color Laserjet 3550 z.B.) Ist doch klar das dich der hersteller irgendwie ein wenig erpressen muss, damit du die Patronen nachkaufst.
