Hiho in die Runde,

ich bin in der Versuchung, mir ein gebrauchtes HP Notebook 2530p zuzulegen.

Nun gibt es das Gerät in verschiedenen Konfigurationen (so üblich - HP Businessklasse halt). Unter anderem auch mit 1,8" und 2,5" HDDs.

Vermutlich (Anfrage beim Händler läuft) handelt es sich um ein Modell mit 1,8" HDD. Aus Performancegründen würde ich gerne eine 2,5" SSD einbauen - 1,8" SSD fallen wegen Preis raus.

Hat irgendwer Erfahrungen, ob die Modelle mit 1,8" HDD auch Platz für eine 2,5" HDD haben?

Wenn du eine 2,5 Zoll SSD nutzen willst musst du dafür das DVD Laufwerk ausbauen. Nur dort ist Platz für eine 2,5 Zoll Platte/SSD.

Zudem ist im 1,8 Zoll Fach auch noch Micro SATA.
