Moin Linuxer,

beim starten des Livesystems bricht der Boot-Vorgang mit folgender Fehlermeldung ab:

kernel panic - not syncing: fatal exection in interupt

Desinfec't 2013 ist ein Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

Das Blech, auf dem das Ganze läuft ist aktuell. Allerdings läuft da im Normalbetrieb Win XP im IDE Mode (BIOS). Ich habe aber auch durch umstellen auf AHCI keinen sauberen Bootvorgang bekommen. (selbe Fehlermeldung)

Bin ein bisschen ratlos -und habe keine Lust, alle Lösungsvorschläge von Semi-Profis aus halbseidenen Foren auszuprobieren.

Habt Ihr mal das eine oder ander Stichwort für mich? Danke!
