Off Topic: General Support fuer vSphere 4.x endet im Mai diesen Jahres ;) Du solltest also definitiv in Deiner Arbeit evaluieren, ob das externe Rechenzentrum immer noch wirtschaftlicher ist, oder ob das erzwungene Upgrade der vSphere Umgebung nicht eventuell doch vorteilhafter ist.

Die Produktiven Systeme haben wir auf dem Hyper-V laufen. Der Server wo mein Lync Server 2013 installiert wird läuft auf Hyper-V.

Hyper-V unterstützt Windows 2012 und Windows 8. VSphere 4.x leider nicht mehr.

Auf dem vSphere 4.x laufen nur Internen Testumgebung.
