Hallo Ihrs.

Hat jemand von euch schonmal Erfahrungen mit Windows(2000/XP/andere) und IPv6 gemacht?

Ich weis das es auf der MS-Seite einen (Beta?-)Patch für Windows2000 gibt, der das System IPv6-tauglich machen soll. (Auch wenn nicht mit allen Features es Protokolls)

Da ich das bisher nicht ausprobiert habe (Werd heute abend mal ein paar VM's aufsetzen ;) ), wollte ich vorab schonmal fragen, ob jemand von euch mir Tips geben kann, was ich auf jeden Fall beachten sollte, etc.

Warnungen was ich auf gar keinen Fall machen darf, nehm ich auch gerne entgegen. ;):D

also der patch alleine hilft dir wenig

was nutzt w2k wenn der server (zB Novell) das feature nicht unterstützt. das reizt mich auch aber außer ein paar ausnahmen wie von cisco zum bleistift ignorieren die hersteller es einfach.
