Habt ihr schon mal einen geplanten Wipe & Reload als Sicherheitsmassnahme gemacht?

Nach dem Motto: alle wichtigen Daten vom Client sollten auf dem Server sein, also als Rootkitschutz o.ä., alle/zumindest einige Maschinen nach Zeitablauf komplett gelöscht und mit aktualisiertem Betriebssystem-Image neu betankt?

Ganz extrem macht das ein Maschinenbauer Nähe München-Harras, der macht das sogar auf Servern.

Was haltet ihr davon?
