Migration Office365 nach Google Apps

Nabend,

ich stehe vor der Aufgabe eine Migration von Office365 nach google Apps durchzuführen. Soweit so gut allerdings sind noch eine Menge Fragen offen.

Ich bin soweit gekommen das ich:

1. ein entsprechendes Konto bei Google einrichten muss

2. den Domainbesitz bestätige

3. die Benutzer und Mailkonten bei Google entsprechend einrichte

4. die Mails aus Office365 (Exchange) als PST exportiere

5. die Mails aus dem lokalen Outlook per Google Sync Tool in die neuen Postfächer sycronisiere

Allerdings ist unklar an welcher Stelle ich jetzt hin gehe und den MX umbiege - das Problem ist das a) das Zeitfenster recht klein ist und B) ich das Ganze vorher nicht testen kann.

Ich kann mir auch beim besten willen nicht vorstellen das das so einfach sein soll.

Sind denn Probleme zu erwarten?
