Moin,

ich komme direkt zum Punkt. Eine Mitarbeiterin hat eine xls Datei über Outlook bekommen die sie mit DropBox öffnet sollte. Direkt über Outlook lässt es sich öffnen, doch über das Netzwerk "Mitarbeiter/DropBox/Ordner" werden die Dateien nicht aktualisiert. Weiterhin auf der Taskleiste steht dauernd "wird synchronisiert". Die Mitarbeiterin hat VZ.
Wenn ich es als Admin ausführe ist es synchronisiert. Doch trotzdem werden uns die aktuellen Dateien nicht angezeigt, nur mit dem Link über Outlook.

Diese Sachen habe ich bereits Probiert,

  • Rechner vom Netz entfernt
  • gelöscht, neu installiert
  • Neueste Version aktualisiert

Eine andere Mitarbeiterin kann auf die aktuellen Dateien zugreifen und ändern, obwohl sie eine ältere Version hat.
