Hast Du schon mal auf der Internetseite der IHK-Darmstadt nachgeschaut?

Wenn Du es da nicht finden kannst, würde ich mich direkt per Mail oder telefonisch an deine IHK wenden, schließlich haben die Dir ja den Antrag geschickt und müßten ihn auch irgendwo abgelegt haben. Die schicken Dir den bestimmt zu wenn Du lieb fragst.
