Was ist das für ein Kabel und was für ein Gerät hängt dran?

Du brauchst genauere Informatitionen. Es handelt sich um ein USB to Parallel Cabel. Und es soll ein PC-Drucker ohne USB an einen Mac angeschlossen werden.

Ich hatte selbst mal so eine serielle Gurke, die ich an den USB-Port anschließen musste - bei ftp://epson.com wurde ich fündig...
